He was also really flexible with our schedule and willing to schedule times to look at a house that we found. He was great to work with in the process of getting our house. He was very patient with us since this was a new and hard process in buying a house since we had never been through this before.

! requested a showing on a Friday night around 9 PM. Saturday at 8 AM I received a phone call from Zillow and got connected with Steve Biley. We met for a showing that afternoon and the next day for 2 more showings. Steve is the most down to earth, straight talking, honest real estate agent I have ever met. He was very responsive and answer all my wife's questions timely and to her satisfaction - no easy task. We made an offer and accepted a reasonable counter offer.
